WHAT EXACTLY IS THE XLNT RESIDENT PROGRAM?
The XLNT Resident Program is a hands-on studio immersion where producers get real hours, real mentorship, and real results.
Spend five days creating, collaborating, and releasing music in the heart of Hollywood with access to XLNT Studios’ world-class rooms, gear, and community.
COLLABORATION SESSIONS
Our collab sessions are where the real magic happens. You’ll be grouped with other committed producers and spend dedicated time creating together, trading ideas, and pushing each other into new creative territory. Meeting and working in person builds a network that lasts far beyond the residency and helps you form the kind of creative partnerships that shape careers. Think of duos like Knock2 and ISOXO, their chemistry, support, and shared vision became a launching pad for both of them. These sessions are your chance to find your own tribe, connect deeply with other artists, and create music that none of you could make alone.
GUEST PRODUCER MASTERCLASS
One of the biggest highlights of the Residency is the Surprise Guest Producer Masterclass. A major artist will come in for an in-person feedback session where they’ll listen to your music, give real, unfiltered notes, and help you level up your tracks on the spot. After feedback, the session shifts into a producer talk where they break down their workflow, share advanced production tricks, and drop the kind of insights you can only get in person. It’s an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at how top artists think, create, and stay ahead, and it’s always one of the most inspiring moments of the entire week.
PERSONAL STUDIO TIME
Each resident gets eight hours of solo studio access across five days with full access to XLNT gear, plug-ins, and fully sound-treated rooms. Resident Solo Studio Time lets you work in a professional environment where you can focus, experiment, and create without distractions. Producing in a real studio allows you to hear your music accurately, make confident mix decisions, and work at a level that’s hard to achieve at home. Most residents find they get more done in a few hours here than they would in an entire day in a bedroom setup, making this dedicated time one of the most valuable parts of the program.
1 on 1 MENTORSHIP w PARKER
Your 1-on-1 with Parker is one of the most valuable parts of the residency. It’s a focused, personalized session where you can dive into whatever you want to improve, production, mixing, mastering, recording techniques, workflow, or even the music business and your artist branding. Parker breaks things down in a real, honest way, help overcome issues, sharpen your sound, and make smarter moves as an artist. It’s a laid-back but powerful session where you can ask anything, get direct feedback, and walk out with a clear plan for leveling up both your music and your career.
FINAL LISTENING PARTY
The entire week leads up to the Final Listening Party, an in-studio playback and celebration where we turn the lights down, turn the speakers up, and listen to everything created during the residency. It’s the moment where all your hard work comes together and you finally get to enjoy the results of everything you’ve put in throughout the week. More than just a showcase, it’s a chance to appreciate the community you’ve built, and support each other’s growth. The relationships formed during this week often turn into long-term collaborators and real connections that last far beyond the residency. It’s one of the most inspiring, hype, and rewarding moments of the entire experience.

Bring your laptop, headphones, and your DAW of choice. That’s it. We supply the rooms, monitors, interfaces, mics, and studio hardware. If you have a special MIDI controller or hard drive you rely on, feel free to bring it.

To keep the studios focused, fair, and running on schedule for all 15 residents, only approved residents are allowed inside the studio rooms during the program. This ensures everyone gets equal access, safety, and a distraction-free environment. However guest vocalists and musicians are welcome to attend during your personal studio hours.

You’ll schedule your 1-on-1 session with Parker using the personal Calendly link provided after acceptance. Time slots are first-come, first-serve.

Yes, you’re absolutely encouraged to capture behind-the-scenes content!
We’ll also have a dedicated content creator on-site throughout the entire week documenting the best moments. All photos and videos will be shared with residents at the end of the program for you to use on your own socials.
The final listening party will also be filmed for additional content.

This residency is designed so everyone can learn from each other, especially during the collab sessions.
All you need is basic DAW knowledge and the desire to grow. The mentorship, collabs, and studio hours are built to help every producer make real progress, no matter where you're starting from.

No, all genres are welcome. We’ve had residents making dubstep, future bass, trap, house, pop, cinematic, and even singer-songwriter material. The techniques you learn throughout the program will apply to any style.

Absolutely. You retain full rights to everything you make. We provide split sheets for every producer. During orientation we will go over split sheets if you don’t know what that is
